Nirvana Yoga & Wellness believes the foundation of our yoga and meditation practice's combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.
Learn proper alignment, foundations of yoga and breath work. You will learn to move gently into pose's improve flexibility and strength. This beginner's class is fun and informative. Class meets once a week.

Now, it may seem intimidating to step onto a trampoline for the first time, and that’s okay! I am here to guide you through the basic techniques in order for you to get a safe, effective, and fun workout!
It’s extremely unlikely that you will fall off the trampoline. I will guide you through the basics and you can always take it at your own pace.
